With over 80 cities and a fleet of 13,000 bicycles, including the StadtRÄDER from Hamburg & Lüneburg, you'll always find a bike nearby. Use the app's interactive map to locate available bikes and rent them instantly by scanning the QR code or entering the bike number.
Now, you can even pause your ride whenever needed! Simply activate the feature in the app and secure your bike by pushing down the red lever on the lock. The map will then display your paused bike in red. Returning the bike is just as easy - ride to a station, press down the lock lever, and you're done. Need to park your bike outside our stations? No problem! For only 1 Euro Flex-Fee, you have the flexibility to do so. Additional service fees apply in designated areas marked on the map.
In the app, you can conveniently view your journey details and costs at any time. Other app features include redeeming voucher codes, reporting damage, and managing your customer account.
